We offer our customers Fedex Residential Ground Delivery which takes between 2-5 days. For expedited shipping we offer Fedex 2-Day air. Shipping rates for ground are dependent on quantity, weight, and destination. Magformers.com offers Free Everyday Shipping on all orders over $50.00.

Processing time

In-stock items are usually ready to ship in 1–2 business days. Holidays and other factors can sometimes slow that down, but your estimated delivery date range at checkout will reflect any delays.

What is Magformers® return policy?

Most unopened items, in new condition, and returned within 30 days will receive a full refund or exchange. Only items purchased from www.magformers.com with original receipt will be considered for refund or exchange. To start the return process, please call (734) 667-1673, fill out the submission form or email info@magformers.com. Item to be returned at customer’s expense (Magformers can provide the return label, if needed, and deduct the shipping cost from the refund).

Will my refund be credited to the original payment method used on the purchase?

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.

How long will it take to get my refund after I return an item to Magformers.com?

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the online return center receives the item.
